Flexibility and Technique

This class is for students who want to develop better movement and achieve beautiful lines that transition into the air. It is also suitable for non-aerial students. The class will include a mixture of ballet technique, modern, Graham and Horton technique, and conditioning exercises which will lay the foundation for your body to work on flexibility for active splits, straddles, needle etc. in the second half of the course.

Intended for students who want to progress, make ups from other classes are not permitted unless you are able to keep up with the class or demonstrate a genuine desire to participate if you are unable to register the full session.
